Cheesy Chicken n' Ham Soup in a Bread Bowl

Ingredients Bread Bowl:
4 Cups White Bread Flour
3 Cups Stone Ground Wheat Flour
1 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon dough enhancer
2 1/2 cups warm water
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
some butter to coat the hot bowls fresh out of the oven
grated Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top of the buttered bowls

Soup Meat:
1 Ham Steak or 1 lb chopped cubed ham in 1/4 cubes
2 or 3 large chicken breasts (about a 1 1/2 lbs)
1/4 lb bacon for rendering and flavor

Soup Sauce:
1 onion diced
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup chicken broth or stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup apple or white grape juice
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream, light or regular

Feeds 8 people one full serving. 6 out of 7 family members really liked it.
